A proposed modular format for guest or emerging DJs inside the Trailer Room. Build the programme around your festival, with recording, livestreaming and co-branding available to discuss. You choose the artistic brief; the production scope and publishing plan are agreed together.
Open Decks. A clear opportunity to be heard.
Create a dedicated programme of short sets for emerging DJs. Selection, eligibility, set lengths, scheduling and any recording or video exposure need a clear plan before participation opens. Open Decks is a separate format from a guest-artist series; it is not a promise of an open slot or guaranteed publication for every applicant.
Fit the format to the festival.
Start with the space, programme and desired audience experience. Discuss artist changeovers, sound, operator support and optional capture. The Trailer Room is available to discuss independently of Oso Blanco; his booking is a separate option.
A shared production plan.
Agree site access, positioning, ground conditions, audience circulation, staffing, power, sound limits and permissions. Manual speaker deployment and setup need a scheduled window. For recorded or streamed sets, identify responsibilities for artist permissions, music rights, audience filming, publication, archive use and removal requests before the programme is announced.
