Use the Trailer Room as the setting for your next recorded set or livestream. Bring your own artist, define the audience and plan how the session will be captured and shared.
Choose the session.
Recording and livestreaming can be requested without an Oso Blanco performance. Camera coverage, audio capture, operators, editing, file delivery, upload responsibilities and any promotional clips are agreed in the quotation. Prices on request.
- Recorded sets: one- or two-hour session options, with an agreed YouTube upload where rights and platform requirements permit.
- Livestreams: a production proposal built around the destination platform, connection requirements and event conditions.
- Event recordings: discuss a guest set, a festival session or a sequence of performances, with deliverables defined in advance.
Face-to-face. Two perspectives on one session.
The existing face-to-face format places one DJ inside and one outside the Trailer Room, with four decks per DJ. This is a separate configuration from the six-player trailer package. Bring your own artists or discuss an optional artist booking; Oso Blanco is not required.
The exact equipment, availability, outdoor position, power, sound limits and operator requirements are agreed for your location. Transport, manual setup and any recording or livestream are scoped separately, with the same rights and consent planning described below. Prices on request.
Agree the release before the recording.
Before the session, identify who is responsible for performer permission, music rights, filming notices and any audience consent required for the production. Agree where the recording may appear, who may edit or reuse it, how long it may remain available and who will handle release questions or a removal request. A recorded set does not by itself guarantee permission to stream or publish every track, and platforms may restrict or remove content.
Make the technical plan explicit.
Livestreaming requires a suitable tested connection and an agreed response if that connection fails. Location access, stable ground, staffing, electrical supply, sound limits and permissions still need confirmation. Speakers are deployed manually; transport, setup and operator requirements must be scoped for the session.
