Discuss a live programme, an on-demand recording or selected promotional extracts. Agree the editorial brief, programme length, destination channels, technical handover, branding and publication schedule before production. Oso Blanco may be invited separately; the media offer does not depend on his appearance.
Plan the rights and the handover.
Identify who will obtain performer permissions, confirm music usage, manage audience filming and approve editorial or branded uses. Record the agreed outlets, archive duration, credits, reuse permissions and the contact for release or removal questions. Each broadcaster and platform has its own requirements; a proposed collaboration becomes a confirmed production only when its scope and responsibilities are agreed.
Check the location and the connection.
Access, safe terrain, staffing, power, noise limits and permissions need to suit the programme. A live broadcast also needs connection testing and a fallback plan. Manual PA deployment, setup, transport and operators are included in the production discussion. Prices on request.
