Technical planning

A good session starts before arrival.

Use this page to prepare the production conversation. The Trailer Room's exact configuration and operating requirements are confirmed for each booking or build.

What we need to confirm.

  • Access and transport: approach route, vehicle access, manoeuvring and positioning space, site restrictions and transport responsibilities.
  • Ground and operating space: surface condition, stability, safe positioning, door and speaker clearance, audience circulation and emergency access.
  • Equipment and layout: the quoted booth and sound package, required connections, selected arrangement and changeover plan.
  • Power: available supply, connection and distribution requirements, expected load and any specifically agreed autonomy requirement.
  • Sound and permissions: operating hours, noise limits, venue conditions and the relevant event or site permissions.
  • Setup and staffing: delivery and setup windows, manual speaker deployment, operators, responsible site contact and pack-down.
  • Recording or broadcast: audio and video scope, tested connectivity, destination platforms, fallback arrangements and rights responsibilities.

Equipment follows the quotation.

The supplied rental options include a six-player CDJ-3000 booth with a DJM-V10 and selectable Bose F1 sound packages. The featured trailer also appears in different arrangements. Photographs and rendered visualisations do not replace the equipment inventory, dimensions or conditions agreed for your event.

Confirm the specification before using it in a site plan.

Request the measurements, weights, clearances and technical documents needed for your intended use. Occupancy, towing requirements, electrical loads and any autonomy duration need explicit confirmation. Roof solar equipment shown in the media does not establish unlimited off-grid use.

The right information for your format.

Rental, recording, livestreaming and festival productions can be discussed without booking Oso Blanco. The practical requirements remain specific to the location, selected system and staff. Transport, setup and operators are scoped separately; speakers are deployed manually. Prices on request.

Tell us what is already known.

Send your site plan or location details, preferred date, programme and known technical constraints. We can identify the information needed for the next stage.

Image treatment and originals

Selected photographs, video stills and product images have been retouched with GPT Image. Interior and trailer renderings remain visualisations, now finished with AI. Fine details may differ from the original; the unedited images remain available below.
