A proposed experience · Blindfolded Real Music

Hear the music before you see who is playing.

What changes when the artist's image arrives after the music? Blindfolded Real Music is a proposed three-hour format that lets curiosity lead: two hours with the performer hidden behind a curtain, followed by a final visible hour.

First, listen. Then, meet the artist.

The first two hours invite the audience to listen without seeing the performer. For the final hour, the curtain opens and the person behind the selection becomes part of the shared experience. The name describes the idea; it does not require audience members to wear blindfolds.

Music first. Curiosity welcome.

The format can be developed with your chosen artists. It is an invitation to explore a musical journey before responding to a name, a face or an image. Oso Blanco is an optional booking, not a requirement.

Agree the audience experience.

A no-phone approach is optional and would need to be clearly communicated in advance, with practical access and safety needs considered. It is not a condition of every event. The exact programme, reveal and artist brief are agreed with the organiser.

Make the idea work safely in the space.

This concept is available for development; no launch or event date is announced here. A curtain installation needs an agreed safe solution that respects ventilation, equipment, sightlines, access and exits. Site access, terrain, staffing, power, noise permissions, manual PA deployment and setup also require a production plan. Recording or streaming adds a separate rights and consent discussion.

Share the venue, audience and artists you have in mind. We can discuss whether the concept fits and what it would require. Prices on request.
